Monk Vegas Sweepstakes Official Rules

1. Sponsor

The Monk Vegas Sweepstakes (the “Sweepstakes”) is sponsored by Endurance Solutions Inc., doing business as Monk (“Monk” or “Sponsor”), 19 W 24th Street, Floor 8, New York, NY 10010. Questions about the Sweepstakes can be sent to team@monk.com.

2. Eligibility

The Sweepstakes is open only to individuals who are (a) legal residents of the fifty (50) United States or the District of Columbia, (b) at least twenty-one (21) years of age at the time of entry, and (c) attending Intuit QuickBooks Connect or Oracle NetSuite SuiteWorld in Las Vegas, Nevada in October 2026 (the “Conferences”) in a professional capacity.

Employees, officers and directors of Sponsor, its parent companies, affiliates and agencies, and the immediate family members (spouse, parents, siblings, children) and household members of each, are not eligible. Entrants who are government employees, or whose employer prohibits them from accepting gifts or prizes, are responsible for confirming that their participation complies with all applicable laws and employer policies; Sponsor may disqualify any entrant whose acceptance of a prize would violate such laws or policies. The Sweepstakes is subject to all applicable federal, state and local laws and regulations.

3. Entry Period

The Sweepstakes begins at 12:00 a.m. Pacific Time (“PT”) on October 24, 2026 and ends at 11:59 p.m. PT on October 28, 2026 (the “Entry Period”). Sponsor’s computer is the official timekeeping device for the Sweepstakes.

4. How to Enter

During the Entry Period, visit monk.com/vegas-drop or monk.com/vegas and complete the entry form with your full name and work email address, then submit the form. Entrants may also indicate one or more prizes that interest them; indicating prizes is not required, is collected for informational purposes only, and has no effect on eligibility, the odds of winning or which prize is awarded. Entrants may separately choose to receive Vegas text updates by providing a mobile number in the entry form. Providing a mobile number is not required to enter and has no effect on the odds of winning; if you provide one, Monk may send up to five (5) text messages about drops, event reminders and winner news through November 1, 2026. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out at any time. Winners will be notified by email. Limit one (1) entry per person and per email address. Additional entries from the same person or email address, entries generated by script, macro or other automated means, and entries that are incomplete or use false information will be void. Entering does not require scheduling a meeting, attending a demonstration or purchasing any product or service.

5. Prizes

Five (5) prizes will be awarded. Approximate retail values (“ARV”) are listed below:

• First Prize (1): Two (2) grandstand tickets to the Formula 1 Las Vegas Grand Prix, November 19–21, 2026. ARV: $2,000.
• Second Prize (1): Two (2) tickets to an Eagles performance at Sphere in Las Vegas, on a date selected by Sponsor and subject to availability. ARV: $800.
• Third Prize (1): An omakase sushi dinner for two (2) at a Las Vegas restaurant selected by Sponsor, awarded as a gift card or reservation. ARV: $400.
• Fourth Prize (1): One (1) spa pass at the Four Seasons Hotel Las Vegas. ARV: $250.
• Fifth Prize (1): One (1) 60-minute reformer Pilates session at a studio of the winner’s choosing, awarded as a gift card. ARV: $50.

Total ARV of all prizes: $3,500. Travel, lodging, transportation, meals (other than as stated), gratuities and all other expenses not expressly listed are the sole responsibility of each winner. Event dates, seating and availability are determined by third parties and are subject to change; if an event is canceled or rescheduled, that portion of the prize will be awarded as is and no substitution will be made except at Sponsor’s discretion. Prizes are non-transferable and no cash or other substitution is permitted, except that Sponsor may substitute a prize of equal or greater value if a prize becomes unavailable. Winners are responsible for all federal, state and local taxes on prizes; any winner of a prize with an ARV of $600 or more must provide a completed IRS Form W-9 and will receive an IRS Form 1099.

6. Winner Selection and Odds

On or about October 30, 2026, Sponsor will select potential winners in a random drawing from all eligible entries received during the Entry Period. The first eligible entry drawn will receive the First Prize, the second the Second Prize, and so on. Limit one (1) prize per person. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received. Sponsor’s decisions on all matters relating to the Sweepstakes are final and binding.

7. Winner Notification

Winners will be announced on or about November 1, 2026 and notified by email and/or phone using the information provided at entry. A potential winner must respond within forty-eight (48) hours of the first notification attempt and may be required to sign and return an affidavit of eligibility, liability release and, where lawful, publicity release within seven (7) days. If a potential winner cannot be reached, fails to respond or return documents on time, is found ineligible or does not comply with these Official Rules, the prize may be forfeited and awarded to an alternate winner selected at random from the remaining eligible entries.

8. Publicity

Except where prohibited by law, acceptance of a prize constitutes consent for Sponsor to use the winner’s name, company name, city and state for advertising and promotional purposes related to the Sweepstakes, without further compensation.

9. General Conditions

Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend or modify the Sweepstakes, or any part of it, if fraud, technical failure or any other factor beyond Sponsor’s reasonable control impairs its integrity or proper functioning, and in that case to award prizes from among eligible entries received before the action. Sponsor may disqualify any person who tampers with the entry process or acts in violation of these Official Rules. Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, misdirected or undeliverable entries or notifications, or for any technical, network or computer malfunction.

10. Release and Limitation of Liability

By entering, entrants agree to release and hold harmless Sponsor and its parent companies, affiliates, agencies and each of their officers, directors, employees and agents from any and all liability, claims or actions of any kind arising out of participation in the Sweepstakes or the acceptance, possession, use or misuse of any prize, including claims for personal injury, death or property damage.

11. Disputes and Governing Law

These Official Rules are governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute arising out of or relating to the Sweepstakes will be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, exclusively in the state or federal courts located in New York County, New York.

12. Privacy

Information collected from entrants is subject to Monk’s Privacy Policy at monk.com/privacy-policy. By entering, entrants agree that Sponsor may contact them about the Sweepstakes and, consistent with that policy, about Monk’s products and services. Entrants may opt out of marketing communications at any time.

13. Winners List and Official Rules

For the names of the winners, send an email to team@monk.com with the subject line “Vegas Sweepstakes Winners”, or mail a request to the Sponsor address above, within thirty (30) days after November 1, 2026.

14. Trademarks

The Sweepstakes is not sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with, Formula 1, the Formula 1 Las Vegas Grand Prix, the Eagles, Sphere Entertainment Co., Four Seasons Hotels and Resorts, Intuit Inc. or Oracle Corporation. All trademarks are the property of their respective owners.

Participation is also subject to Monk’s Promotion Terms and Conditions at monk.com/promotion-terms-and-conditions. If these Official Rules conflict with those terms, these Official Rules control for the Sweepstakes.
