Our Solution
Over Christmas week Monk connected HubSpot, QuickBooks and set up a bi-directional sync across every internal data source provided by the Profound team. Then Monk built an invoice aesthetic that matches the Profound brand and communication guidelines for collection agents.
Invoice submissions are now fully automated for Coupa, Ariba, and 11 bespoke F500 AP portals, allowing the Profound team to focus on growth.
Collections are handled in a professional manner with full business context and escalation rules defined ahead of time.
In Q2 Profound built an industry-defining self-serve product with billing via Stripe, which Monk is happy to support.
