Monk is now live on Microsoft 365

Run collections straight from your Outlook inbox, and sync invoices from Dynamics 365 Business Central.
A large share of finance teams run on Microsoft. Their AR mailbox is in Outlook, their ledger is in Dynamics. Until now, those teams could use Monk, but it meant working around their email setup. This week, that changes.
We've gone live with Outlook and Microsoft 365 email, and updated our Dynamics 365 Business Central integration. The full Microsoft stack, email and ERP, is now supported.
Collections from your Outlook inbox
Connect your AR mailbox and Monk runs collections from it directly. Outbound follow-ups, inbound replies, and full two-way collection conversations all flow through the Outlook inbox your team already uses. Customers see email from your real address, not a generic no-reply, and every reply, dispute, and promise-to-pay lands in the same thread.
It runs on the same engine as our Gmail integration: the same playbooks, send pacing across business hours, and automatic payment reconciliation. Your workflow doesn't change. Only the inbox does.
There's no mailbox migration and no new sending domain to warm up. You connect the Microsoft 365 mailbox your AR team already sends from, and Monk takes it from there.
Built to land in the inbox
A collections email only works if it reaches the person who can pay. That's why most of the engineering here went into deliverability. Because Monk sends through your existing mailbox, your follow-ups carry the sender reputation your domain has already built, instead of starting cold on a new server the recipient's mail system doesn't recognize. They reach the inbox, and they look like they came from your team.
Dynamics 365 Business Central sync
If your ledger lives in Dynamics 365 Business Central, you can now connect it to Monk and sync invoice and customer data automatically, using the same setup flow as QuickBooks and NetSuite. Your invoices, customers, and balances stay current in Monk without manual exports, so collections always runs on accurate data.
Available today
Both integrations are live now. If your finance team runs on Microsoft 365, Dynamics 365 Business Central, or both, you can connect them today.
